You (customer) accepts following Terms and Condition of when place an order and complete payment to receive gift delivery service in India:

    1. All the products and the price shown on the website is regularly updated by

    1. Gift Flora will not be responsible for any swap, change, exchange of any gift item after the recipient has signed and receive the gift.

    1. By registering at and/or by placing and gift order for, you authorize Gift Flora to email you regular discount and special offers. However, you may choose not to receive those emails by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in such email.

    1. It is customer's responsibility to provide correct address and contact details of the recipient. Gift Flora is not responsible for delay in delivery or no show on delivery date and time due to wrong information in the order.

    1. We may organize a delivery before the payment is made under special circumstance. Customer is bound to complete payment within 7 days in such cases. Gift Flora will contact the recipient to recover the cost of gift is payment is not cleared within that time frame.

    1. Gift Flora do not store any payment data on this site or in the server. All payments are processed by 3rd party payment gateway.

    1. Gift Flora do not control the delivery date and time of a gift that goes to overseas via EMS post and DHL. Our service for overseas shipping ends with providing shipping reference to you.

    1. Any legal issue and dispute will be dealt under the Gurgaon Judiciary.

    1. You agree with Cc Avenue when complete payment using Cc Avenue payment gateway.

    1. We collect information that you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include the following: Your name, Your mailing address, Your e-mail address, Your phone number. It may also include information you submit about other people; for example, the name and address (e-mail and postal) of a gift recipient. We only use information to deliver your requested products or services. We do not share your information with third parties.

We will disclose the full details of supplier or producer to our customers or the recipient if it is requested to log a dispute with appropriate authority.


Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises

                       Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please                            be aware to make the following information available:

                       Hostel name
                       Full address of the hostel
                       Telephone number of the recipient and the hostel
                       The name of the recipient
                       Room number of the recipient

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.


Refund Policy:

      1. Customer or recipient has to notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 5 hours after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.

      1. If a product quality is in question, we will contact the product supplier and organize replacement.

      2. We are not responsible for preserving perishable products (cake, flower, food items) after delivery. Perishable items will be not subject to any refund if hasn't been preserved properly after delivery.

      1. If not all the items in a delivery is qualified for refund, you will receive refund for that item only, not the whole order.

      1. Refund will be send to the credit card or the bank account that you have paid from. Refund amount will not be given / delivered to the recipient.

      1. You (customer) are placing an order after choosing it as your preferred gift to the recipient. Gift Flora is not responsible for recipient's choice. Delivered item will not be subject to refund if conflicts with recipient choice.

      1. A gift delivery service will not be subject to refund if the recipient refuses to accept the gift.

      1. You have the option at checkout to select time window in a day to select as your delivery time. Gift Flora holds the right to alter delivery time depending on current situation, such as flood, traffic etc. Your order will not be subject to refund if it is delivered within your selected delivery date. Your order can be subject to refund if we fail or unable to deliver on the delivery date that you have selected during order.

      1. Products such as flower bouquet, cake design can vary from advertised design on our site due to different season different or new chef in a bakery etc. Such products will not be subject to refund as long it is almost similar to the advertised product.

      1. You will receive full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.

      1. You will receive full refund if we are unable to deliver your order on your selected date.

      2. Terms and Condition and Gift Flora policy is subject to change without prior notice.
