Orders and Acceptance of Orders.
When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such an offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or part) for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient’s name and shipping address. You agree that, if Giftflora can cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that:
(a) We will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or
(b) We will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.
For your convenience, We accept Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Maestro, American Express, Debit Card and PayPal, Digital wallets. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any payments made by the above-mentioned options, either through payment gateway on our website or through our mobile application, are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third party payment gateways.
Please understand that the points mentioned in the policies are concerning the time slots on the www.giftflora.com website selected by the user in the checkout process.
There are some orders which are we are unable to accept and can be cancelled by our side. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, like under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be modified/cancelled. However, in case you want to modify/cancel an order, you can reach us on +91-7217690190/9654006722 (08:00 hours to 22:30 hours, 7 days a week). If the order has not been prepared or is not out for delivery, we will try to modify/cancel the order for you. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.
In other cases of order modification/cancellation, please give at least 48 hours advance notice.
No cancellation requests are accepted on orders placed in the following categories.
Same day delivery category - If your date of placing an order and delivery date of that order is the same, we do not accept cancellation requests. If you cancel it, or the receiver does not receive it - you are not entitled to any refund.
Same day mid-night delivery orders can not be cancelled.
Special day orders can not be cancelled and no refund is initiated for them.
Refunds in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in the Cancellation policy, kindly refer to the same.
The acceptance of the order is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicating to the customer. In such a case amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to Giftflora wallet or bank account.
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made and the order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such a case.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.
. In case of Cancellation, a 5% charge will be applicable.
. Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for a refund.
. Any extra amount credited to the Giftflora account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, Giftflora shall have the deciding hand.
. Giftflora may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

The refunds are only initiated once the customer confirms over mail that where the refund has to be done
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.
If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will decide on your behalf and that will be final.
You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (Delivery Fees), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on Giftflora's income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services (Taxes) not withheld by Gift Flora.
All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly outlined in the Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments equivalent to the lesser of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed under Applicable Law. You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney's fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
"Convenience Charge" has been levied by the company for the facilitation of choosing a product/s and book for delivery, anywhere in India, without visiting our physical store. This covers the company’s Internet and system handling costs.
Such Convenience charges are correlated to the Order value.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Gift Flora shipment. Thereafter Giftflora will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
If the recipient receives the products in damaged condition.
The recipient should check the products delivered (cakes, flowers, any other)before signing the receipt.
If the product delivered is found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform Customer Care.
Any issues with the products delivered should be reported within 2 hours of receipt, after that no request for replacement or refund will be entertained.
In case of badly damaged products, a replacement will be provided. Kindly allow a minimum of 24 hours for the replacement.
Courier product complaints should be informed within 48 hours after delivery. Complaints coming after 48 hours will not be undertaken.
Flowers may be delivered in semi-bloomed, fully bloomed or bud stage.
For the same-day standard time, fixed time or midnight delivery, you must receive your order according to our schedule.
We attempt only once for these perishable items. If you fail to take delivery of the order, you will be charged for the non-delivery additionally. We will try to deliver to your neighbour in case you are not available during the delivery time.
We deliver through our courier partners and the delivery made by them is subject to the Terms and Conditions. For products that are shipped through them, we provide an estimated date and time of delivery. You may receive the order before the estimated day or it may be delayed.
Hospital Delivery:- we have experienced networks to deliver in the hospitals. While placing the order don’t forget to mention the details of the recipient. Some hospitals don’t allow florists to deliver personally or sometimes ICU patients are not allowed to receive flowers.
Wedding Hall:- we are not able to assure that the flower will be delivered strictly to the bride or the groom. But we will deliver it to a responsible person.
Remote location delivery policy: We deliver only in serviceable cities. Flowers are perishable products and are sourced locally at the shipping location. So, we cannot commit an exact time of delivery. Correct shipping addresses and contact number is a must to process your delivery. We don’t deliver on the National Holidays. The scheduled delivery will be done on the next working day. In case of any unexpected disruption that may restrict the scheduled delivery, we have the reserved rights to reschedule it.
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products that are delivered by hand. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned below “call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time”.
Minimalistic and cosmetic damages like
Name/ message on cake not written.
Name and message not attached with flowers.
Cream of cake/decoration on cake/flowers packaging issues - will not be eligible for refunds/replacements unless they are severely damaged.
Not happy with the packaging stile or box/material used in the packaging.
